Mr Flay

It did not look as though such a bony face as his could give normal utterance, but rather that instead of sounds, something more brittle, more ancient, something dryer would emerge, something perhaps more in the nature of a splinter or fragment of stone.

Mr Flay from Gormenghast, I didn't give him hair because I utterly suck at drawing hair. Flay is the loyal servant of Sepulchrave Groan, 76th Earl of Gormenghast.

Even though Christopher Lee performed him perfectly in the TV series, I based this on the original Mervyn Peake sketch.
